Just wanted to share these muscle soother ideas....

If you have a job like mine that is super demanding and requires a lot of lifting and walking, try these out.

I love using cool Azul pain cream, peppermint on my muscles and at night when I get home or first thing in the morning when I wake up and feel like I can't walk, I used Epsom salts and panaway essential oil in a bath soak (I don't have the magnesium flakes) Works great!!!

I honestly don't know if I would have made it through last week without these things and more! I will share more later 😉

Gary Young said when he was very tired and needed to stay awake that what he did was rub Valor on the bottoms of his feet to balance his body and then have Mary rub En-R-Gee oil up and down his spine. Then he would be able to stay up as long as he needed to to get his work done.
