𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 = 𝗞𝗲𝘆 🔑⁣
We have gotten used to RUNNING LIKE H*ll away from communication, to our ABSOLUTELY DETRIMENT because it makes us uncomfortable. UNCOMFORTABLE, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, yet we run like a lion thinks we are a zebra🦓. ⁣
When 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Or, at minimum letting go of the "hold on emotions or information". I challenge you to create a culture alongsides me, based in truth even in hard, cringe-worthy moments. I truely believe & experienced that everything can be worked through when there is honest & tactful conversation about it. Now, don’t get riled up and start asking...what about ___, just keep reading & breathing! Oooosaaa. ⁣

The "harm" that we fear &, therefore, use as reasoning to not communicate is not directly linked. Harm is an inverse variable in the equation. Harm happens more so when communication is withheld & 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳. 𝘉𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵, sit with it, get some movement in, breathe; then go be brave and have 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ⁣

𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 & 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 aren't out to attack you, just part of the process. ⁣
Revenge, the truth ALWAYS finds its way into the light, so just let God handle that mess.⁣

To change the institutions that run this country we have to look at ourselves. We the people must be the change in not only our words but actions. ⁣

How?⁣

Take a look at your family dynamics. How many of us are guilty of horrific family rifts that linger for years? If we are complaining & feed up with the institutions that run this country... start with how you run your household in times of conflict & pain. ⁣
“Let them be forgiven, let them be fathered” by love & mercy. ⁣
⁣
Change comes from the BOTTOM up. ⁣
⁣
I’m not speaking to a singular demographic- if you’re human- I’m speaking to you. ⁣
⁣
If we all shift the way we talk & treat those closest to us...imagine the shift, the ripple effect that then creates. ⁣
⁣
Whether it’s an argument over hurt feelings or an argument on someone desperately wanting the support from their loved ones on their crazy dreams ... In each upset may we teach forgiveness, teach how to give & receive love, may we offer support & encouragement on those weird unique passions our loved ones want to make into a crazy entrepreneurial dream. ⁣

How do we even know where to begin doing that? Think about the people who you admire-Olympians, global heroes - go watch the interviews with their family & friends. Those homes are grounded upon LOVE. Making Peace with crazy differences. & ‘Shaka/hanging loose’ with accepting everyone for who they are & teaching & supplying them with all the love & support they need... look at the outcome... Olympians, local Heroes. ⁣

Hey Beautiful People ⚡️⁣

So often we think that change comes from the top down. That we need leadership to make the radical changes. However the greatest movements in human history come from when WE the people make the ground rumble. WHEN WE THE PEOPLE BECOME THE CHANGE. ⁣
⁣
That doesn’t mean violence. I think it means that we are to realize that change happens from the inside out. If we want our society to change; we must change the way we behave in our homes & communities. ⁣
⁣
No matter what side of the argument you stand on, we have to BOTH receive & learn AND give & teach some things. it’s forgiving someone who wronged you & simultaneously teach them via grace. Furthermore, we must be patient in teaching our new generational views because those hateful thought processes have been ingrained over generations. Don’t judge someone for what they were taught from their parents. Let us not meet hate with judgement or more hate just because someone hasn’t been afforded the environment to learn otherwise. Be willing to show them a new way, be willing to prove the hateful blinders unnecessary. ⁣
