Work close to home throughout southern Chesapeake and northeastern North Carolina, with generous mileage reimbursement of $1.00 per mile for use of your personal vehicle.

We're Hiring! 🚨

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sign Post Installer to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely, professional delivery and installation of signage throughout the Hampton Roads area. Whether you're experienced or just eager to learn, we provide full training to get you started on the right foot.

Key Responsibilities:
📍 Install and remove real estate sign posts throughout the Hampton Roads region
🚗 Drive approximately 160+ miles per day to various locations
🤝 Communicate with clients and represent the company in a professional, courteous manner
🧰 Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness
📝 Accurately follow installation instructions and document completed work

Schedule:
📅 Monday–Saturday

Requirements:
▪️Clean driving record and a valid standard driver’s license
▪️Strong knowledge of the Hampton Roads area or ability to navigate with GPS
▪️Attention to detail and ability to work independently
▪️Good customer service and communication skills
▪️Must pass a pre-employment drug test (Drug-Free Workplace)
▪️Punctual, reliable, and able to work in various weather conditions

Preferred but Not Required:
▪️Previous experience in sign installation, delivery driving, or general labor
