Richmond Recruiting Battalion Wraps Up Day 1 of R2I Training

The Richmond Recruiting Battalion successfully concluded Day 1 of our R2I training at the Quartermaster Museum, Fort Lee. The afternoon focused on Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development (NCOPD) and Officer Professional Development (OPD), ensuring our leadership remains at the cutting edge of talent acquisition.

Key Afternoon Highlights:

Army Reserve Excellence: We dived deep into Army Reserve recruiting strategies and reserve partnerships. Soldiers utilized the new Army Reserve "At A Glance" resource guides to better communicate the benefits of being a Citizen-Soldier.

Technical Tool Mastery focused on new recruiting tool training and administrative force multipliers to streamline mission success.

Collaboration & Knowledge: The day ended with collaborative workshops and a knowledge check facilitated by Sgt. 1st Class Timberlake to ensure every Recruiter is mission-ready.
