• Tallying and recording daily deposits
• Applying incoming customer payments
• Monitoring customer balances
• Providing friendly customer service
• Providing support to all accounting functions
• Assisting in various accounting tasks, as determined
An ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, dependable, and a team player exhibiting a positive attitude. Previous AR / AP experience, and computer skills: including Word, Outlook, and Excel are also desirable.
