Prillaman Racing

It's turned out to be a great day to be at the track. Amazing weather. We made some major changes to the kart this week and hope they end up giving Ashton that extra bit of edge he needs. VDKA race update:
First race, we qualified 13th. He raced his way up to 8th.
Second race, started 12th and he raced his way up to 5th. He got moved out of the groove and slid back a few spots.
We struggled finding speed for daytime racing on a hard, hot track. We kept making adjustments throughout the day and ended up fast by the second race.
Highlight of the day, Ashton ran his fastest lap ever at 10.99 seconds!!
