Just move more and eat less is shallow advice. Like duh.

The real question is HOW.

How do I structure and implement a "move more, eat less" approach into my life. How do I do so consistently? And how do I do more than just move more and eat less? How do I set myself up to thrive, to be more than a robot, to actually have a purpose to my plan.
