Flashback Feature: The Bubble Houses of Hobe Sound! 🫧🏠

In October 1953, two unique 30-foot circular "bubble houses" were built by the Murphy Construction Company on Zeus Circle. Designed by famed architect Wallace Neff, they were originally rental homes — and cost just $6,000! While one was torn down in 2012, the west house still stands as a piece of mid-century innovation.
