It’s only when you realize that you’re the one that is in control of your own mind, that you can begin to make a shift. A shift in mentality, a shift in will power, and a shift in perspective.

I used to start every day with so much anxiety that it was hard for me to function. I had no focus. All I could think about was how I would feel “when life would get better”. It was all self sabotage….

I changed my perspective from negativity to gratitude. I let go and accepted that I’m content with whatever God has planned for me. It’s been a hard road. It took a lot of work. But when I decided to say “How can I make my life better” rather than “When will life get better”, I began to believe and understand that I’m in control of my own thoughts. My circumstances don’t define me as a person. I determine the outcome. Ever since that shift, I’ve been completely blessed and learned to enjoy life the way it comes. Think positive, Become positive.
