Before co-founding the company, he led high-performance roofing crews across Florida, overseeing complex residential, commercial, and multi-family projects with precision and consistency.

Eladio’s background spans executive-level production management, advanced cost estimation, and on-site superintendent leadership for major roofing firms. His expertise covers all premium roofing systems, including tile, metal, shingle, and low-slope applications such as TPO and modified bitumen—ensuring each project is executed to the highest industry and manufacturer standards.

Holding multiple manufacturer certifications, Eladio is deeply versed in proper installation techniques, warranty compliance, and long-term system performance.
