Shelley Owens: Pampered Loaf pleases particular palates in Stuart The Pampered Loaf opened in late July at 100 SE Dixie Hwy., Unit 102, Stuart. The new breakfast and lunch place is on the sailfish roundabout next door to Crush wine bar, which is set to open sometime this month.
