Low Voltage Technician -

Willing to train the right candidate - long-term career opportunity with growth potential

Desired -
Experience in pre-wires for homes with attention to detail - must be done neatly
A basic understanding of how new construction is handled by builders

Experience in what wires are needed for but not limited to Networking, Stereo systems, Surveillance

MUST have a great work ethic and groomed appearance
MUST be able to follow directions and help where needed
MUST be eager or want to learn - growth opportunity
MUST have proper etiquette/manners while in homes or construction sites
MUST have a decent set of basic tools

Additional Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Help with organization/cleanliness of vans and small parts to make sure everything is in the van that is needed for each day
Ability to communicate and work with Lead Tech to help plan each day efficiently & effectively, which will help to maximize job profitability and customer satisfaction
Be able to take constructive criticism and/or learn from mistakes, working to retain information & training provided
Pay commensurate with experience
Must have valid drivers license and good driving record

LEAD A/V TECHNICIAN - Position Open

Installation of Audio/Video systems from start to finish including prewires to the final trim out on new construction and renovations. Updating current systems and completing tasks based on skill level to include programming when needed. You will also install automated blinds, surveillance systems, landscape lighting, video conferencing, home theaters, custom lighting systems, etc.. This position has a lot of growth potential and we offer competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications Needed-

Low Voltage Experience Required
Ability to dress wires in an equipment rack neatly along with proper labeling
Ability to set up and install a network and WiFi system including port forwarding
Ability to troubleshoot along with diagnostic skills
Terminate Cat 5/6 Cables
Computer knowledge primarily in firmware and ID’ing for Crestron and/or Control 4
Experience in full A-Z programming in RTI and URC would be helpful
MUST be able to complete a job and proper testing before signing off on the job
Expected skills but not limited to the following -

Be able to cross train other techs/helpers
Organization/cleanliness of vans and small parts to make sure everything is in the van that is needed for each day
Ability to communicate and work with owner/manager to plan each day efficiently & effectively to maximize job profitability and customer satisfaction
Pay commensurate with experience

MUST have valid drivers license and good driving record
