The Team ~
Meet Bill Natalie, Marine Connex’s C.O.O. and father of the C.E.O. - Aiden Natalie. This family of boaters first started when Bill was a child and his father, Aiden’s grandfather, put Bill on the water at a very young age, and Bill never left.

Bill graduated from Adelphi University in 1991, landed his first post-college job at a software I.T. consulting firm, and weeks after starting this new career, purchased his first boat at 21! Bill’s passion wasn’t limited to boating; he carried that same drive to be on the water into his career, where he led the technical and business vision of the software solution contractERP. Companies are now using an ERP business software application all throughout North America.

In the late spring of 2020, while the COVID pandemic was taking hold of the world, Bill was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. He was deemed inoperable and not given encouraging odds that he would survive. Bill would not accept that outcome and was determined to fight his way to a place that would enable him to have surgery to remove the tumor on his pancreas. After six months of intense chemo, Bill’s tumor shrunk enough that he could have the tumor removed! The surgery, which took place in March 2021, was successful and gave Bill another lease on life. However, pancreatic cancer is a challenging Cancer and returned in his liver. Bill once again said, “not me, this isn’t going to take me,” and after another round of chemo, he recently was declared N.E.D. (No Evidence of Disease)! Bill believes in making the most of his life and giving to all those he can help through his life experiences – the good, the bad, and the difficult. Sharing these life experiences to help others is Bill’s driving force.
