Sometimes it's not big things, but small things done with care, that make a difference in the end product. Sure, it would be easy to eyeball drawer pull locations with a couple rough tape measure dimensions, and blast away with a drill, but the finished product would suffer.

Instead, chaining together a few simple choices that prioritize quality can result in a much more visually appealing and durable solution.

Repairing a well-loved home's drywall so DG3 Painting can repaint, and the new owners can move in!

I love these kinds of jobs! A little bit of everything, from soffit finishing work the client's roofing repair company wouldn't do, to fixing a double-flushing toilet, to swapping out a capacitor on a pressure washer, and sinking a new post for a mailbox that took a snowplow strike last winter. All for a wonderful and kind lady.

Solid TV mounts for a local sports complex! No doubt, these screens are going to take the occasional basketball hit. When you need a "skookum" mount to cinder block, go for beefy Tapcons!

If you've ever seen a comically long screwdriver at Lowe's before, and thought, "Why does that even exist??"... here's your answer!😆

Ever wonder what the laziest way to "install" a bathroom fan is? Just ask whatever contractor put this one in!

Absolutely no ducting, surrounded by fairly recent blown-in insulation (insulation contractors should have mentioned this to the homeowner...). With minimal roof venting, since the home had a pyramid-shaped square hip roof, years and years of bathroom exhaust moisture had no place to go. What was originally expected to be a drop-in bathroom fan replacement became a bathroom fan swap for a modern high-flow unit, an insulated duct install, and a new soffit vent. Now that bathroom can breathe, for the first time in years!

This week, I got to help a local business owner in the race to get ready for the grand opening of a new location! Deadlifting big Samsung flatscreens onto wall brackets while on a scissor lift 20 feet up was a memorable experience! :) Check out Swish365 in North Royalton when they open!
