Solgen Power is a full-service residential solar installation company here in the (city) area. We currently have 4 locations nation-wide, and rapidly growing. Sales is the heart of our organization, and we attractively incentivize our leaders to grow and build.

This is a difficult position but has large payoffs.

Renewable Solar Energy has crossed leaps and bounds and we are searching for motivating individuals that are looking to join a rapidly growing industry.

We are looking for journeyman electricians that are trained, skilled, licensed and an adaptable tradesman. Position will be installing electrical components for residential solar systems such as combiner boxes, disconnects, service panels, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of electrical experience wiring homes or commercial projects

Solar experience is a plus, but not required

Physically capable of standing for long periods of time as well as working in residential attic spaces and on roofs.

Strong customer service skills are a must

Ability to communicate effectively and courteously to peers and customers

Due to safety guidelines, proper fitted attire is required

We are looking for someone who is a hard worker and a self started. Someone who looks to see what needs to be done next and gets it done with little to no supervision.

Compensation: $35-$50/hr depending on qualifications and experience.
