Stratton Mountain Works & Perks

So many of our coworkers and friends from Jamaica have been deeply affected by Hurricane Melissa, especially those from the Black River area. These are the teammates who make Stratton feel like family - the ones who welcome our guests, keep our resort running, and bring warmth and joy to our mountain every season.

Many have lost homes, belongings, and essentials in the storm. Stratton has created a GoFundMe to help them rebuild, and every dollar will go directly to the employees who were impacted.

Our September Team Members of the Month are Simeon Lyusienov and Veronika Borisova!

Simeone and Veronika are here for their second summer season with us, and their first season as server/bartenders. They greet guests and employees not only with a smile, but by name. They have embraced the opportunity to represent our team on the front lines, serving brunch with a smile. Both Simeone and Veronika have grown to serve guests at Benedict's independently and really impressed us all. They're so dependable, friendly and embody all of our core values.
