At Unbroken Bond Designs, we believe quality gear shouldn’t be thrown away just because it shows signs of hard work.

Every leash and collar is built to be used—not to sit on a shelf. Whether it’s daily walks, training sessions, patrol work, PSA, hiking, or countless adventures with your best friend, wear is inevitable.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce our Gear Repair & Refresh Service.

What we can do:
• Replace worn or damaged hardware
• Replace grab handles
• Rebraid damaged paracord sections
• Repair or replace worn components when possible
• Perform a complete safety inspection of your gear
• Clean and refresh your gear before returning it

Every item that comes through our shop is carefully inspected. If it’s safe to repair, we’ll restore it and get it back in service.

If we determine that a piece of gear can no longer be safely repaired, we’ll tell you honestly. Your dog’s safety will always come before making a sale.

UBD Gear Checkups
Customers who own Unbroken Bond Designs gear are always welcome to send it in for a safety inspection. We’ll check the hardware, stitching, knots, and overall condition to help ensure your gear is still ready for the job.

Our goal isn’t just to build great gear—it’s to help keep it performing for years to come.
