Also a shoutout to these home owners that provide rentals for the community... they sure to do go through hell sometimes to make sure that people have a comfortable place to move into!

This previous renter had left one heck of a mess.

Bad roof caused this dining/laundry area to require an update. We are thankful for our local management companies and the opportunity their home owners gave us to perform this update. We look forward to returning to the unit and bringing the rest of it up to date in the future!
