After your PMU brow appointment, the color may look bold at first, then softer, lighter, or even a little patchy during the healing stage. This can feel confusing, but it’s a normal part of the process.

The skin is healing.
The pigment is settling.
And your brows are still changing underneath the surface.

This is why aftercare matters so much. Picking, over-washing, sweating too soon, or not following instructions can affect how the pigment heals.

It’s also why we always say: don’t judge your brows too early. Give them at least 4 weeks before deciding how they truly healed.

Your 4–6 week touch-up is where we perfect the details — color, shape, softness, and any areas that healed lighter.
