and I had a blast at the Anaheim race this past weekend! It wasn’t a walk in the park but we’ve both done way harder races than this.
I would love to have you join us for the next one at Oracle Park (Giants stadium) in SF on Saturday 12/4/21.
Look for our team “Form Junkies” we have an afternoon start time of 1:30 and this race will take 2 hours max.
I will start to hold Saturday workouts with some Spartan inspired exercises or “obstacles”
I’ll even set up a spear throw!!!

F**k cardio! Today is lifting day!!! You can get that cardio stuff done with me tomorrow.
➡️Focusing on cardio to lose weight is the completely wrong approach.
You need 3-5 days a week of weight training and you can add in cardio or yoga between those to help burn more calories on your “active rest days”
➡️$35 for your first two weeks!

This will literally happen and it’s so sad, people just don’t know what to do at the gym. Not to mention running on a treadmill is actually an inferior exercise to running outdoors. Don’t be confused at the gym, come to my gym and I’ll actually give you good workouts and help with form!
