Team PFT Stockton finished strong today!
Great job everyone!! This is why we keep showing up, so we can be able to do stuff like this 💪💪

All those, seemingly repetitive, heavy chest press, rows, hang squats, split squats, etc helped us all!

We all ended soaked and coated in dirt from head to toe. only looks clean in the after picture because he smoked us all and had already changed by the time we finished.

*If you want an ugly, but funny picture of me, swipe through. This was right after having to go under the muddy water. I could not open my eyes because the sand and dirty water was getting on my eyes and contacts. 😂😂

Congratulations Julie for winning week #6 by lowering her bf% -2.1%!!

Julie is one of the most consistent people ever. She will complain, but will ALWAYS show up. I love it!
