Hi Cougar Families!
As a reminder, please ensure your athlete is checking in before entering the field.
If we don’t have them accounted for, this means they’re not receiving their conditioning hours.

Also, please ensure they are eating and hydrating throughout the day. This is extremely important especially as the temperatures rise over the next week.
