Hi everyone!

My name is Brook Wilson, and I’m a first-year Speech-Language Pathology graduate student here at Oklahoma State. I’m excited to be working with Dr. Richtsmeier in the Phon Farm Lab, where I’ve been involved in our tongue twister study. This project looks at how children make errors while learning to read and whether dyslexia influences those patterns.

Being a part of this lab has already been such a rewarding experience. I’ve learned so much about the research process, collaboration, and the connections between language and literacy. I’m excited to keep building on this work throughout my graduate studies and to see how our findings might contribute to supporting children as they develop their reading skills.
