At 26 years old, she’s exactly what every horse owner hopes for… a happy, healthy, sound retiree living her best life.

She taught me more than any clinic or book ever could. She gave me confidence, humbled me when I needed it, and laid the foundation for everything that followed.

Every horse since has, in some way, been because of her.

Watching her today, grazing in the pasture with bright eyes and a spring in her step, is one of my greatest accomplishments.

Success isn’t just measured by what they do in the arena, it’s measured by how they leave it.
