It’s OFFICIAL‼️ ♿️ is heading to Overland Expo PNW in Redmond, Oregon this June 26-28! 🌲🚐🏕️

We are honored to be selected for the DIY Showcase, where we’ll be featuring “The African Explorer”—our 1974 Land Rover 109 Series III. But this rig is about more than just a classic build. It represents mission that the great outdoors belongs to everyone, regardless of physical mobility.

Come find us at our DIY booth! I’ll be hosting a 50-minute Show & Tell, to walk you through the build blueprints and adaptive modifications, as well as leading a 50-minute Roundtable Discussion on breaking down barriers in overlanding.

It”s Saturday!!

Sunset on Hood River. I took this six years ago, but the feeling of that moment has never left me. 🌲🏞️ The beauty of the Northwest is undeniable, but it often requires a specific kind of physical ability and financial access to experience it up close. My memory of this day is what pushed me to found Adapt Expedition .

We are now in our founding phase right here in Stevenson Wa, building a donor-supported Adaptive Gear Library and guided journeys for those with adaptive needs and limited financial resources. Our mission is to ensure that views like this belong to everyone, not just a privileged few.

Our mission is simple but life-changing: We are removing the physical and financial barriers that keep people with adaptive needs from experiencing the beauty of our local waters and trails.
What we’re building:

🎣 Fully-funded guided fly fishing and overland journeys.

🛠️ A specialized Adaptive Gear Library.

🎓 Expert training to foster independence in the outdoors.

We are currently in our founding phase and raising funds to purchase our first pieces of adaptive equipment. If you believe that nature should be accessible to everyone in Skamania, Klickitat, and Hood River counties, we’d love your support.
