We look 2 Tlbsp melted butter combined with 1/2 bag of crushed GS Gluten Free Caramel chocolate chip cookies. Pressed into cupcake pan baked 350 for 5 minutes. After crust was bakes/set we took softened HALO S’mores ice cream and filled cupcake tin (onto of the cookie crust). Placed in freezer to harden about 10 minutes

Gluten free Strawberry Banana Dream Dessert :

2-1/4 cups gf vanilla wafers
6 tlbsp sugar or sugar substitute
10 Tlbsp melted butter
1 package 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 cartons whipped cream
1 3oz package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 8oz strawberry banana yogurt

Topping:

2 Tlbsp crushed gf pretzels
1- 1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 melted butter
