We’re to recognize Dan Pagel for his incredible dedication to our school community. The Washington Special Education Team recently shared how Dan’s friendly presence, constant helpfulness, and willingness to step into any situation set the stage for student success:

“Dan is a friendly face in our school building! He takes the time to greet all students and staff throughout the day. He is ALWAYS willing to help with our building's many requests, no matter how busy he is. He also continues to check in on staff and does an AMAZING job at taking care of our school! He goes above and beyond, even sitting with a student to help them. We are lucky to have him not only as our custodian, but as a colleague we can count on and know he WILL always be there for us! We are honored to have Dan as a member of our Washington Family!”

Dan, your welcoming spirit, dependability, and willingness to go above and beyond for both staff and students make you a true treasure at our schools. Thank you for keeping our building running smoothly and for always being someone we can count on! 💙
