Spend an evening with fellow 4-H members, leaders, friends, and families while cheering on the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters!

As a thank you for your continued support of the Amherst Fair 4-H Teen Leader Food Stand, the Teen Leaders are covering the cost of admission for all attending Portage County 4-H members and leaders.

Not a 4-H member? You're welcome to join us! Non-4-H members may attend but will be responsible for purchasing their own game ticket.

Pre-registration is required by July 23rd. We hope to see you there for a night of baseball fun!

Stuffed Animal Showmanship

Perfect for younger youth! Bring your favorite stuffed animal and step into the show ring to learn the basics of showmanship in a fun, low-pressure way.

Little Sprouts Garden Night | June 9th 5-7PM
Learn how plants grow, decorate a flowerpot, and plant seeds to take home in this hands-on gardening program for youth in grades 1–3 and their families.

Just a reminder all entries for the Amherst Fair are due to be entered into the FairEntry system by midnight on next Monday, June 1st!

Again this year: Animal exhibitors who will be showing market beef, market sheep, market swine and market turkeys will need to enter their animal information into FairEntry before submitting your entry.

4-H exhibitors will sign up for exhibits using their 4-H Online Account information. Exhibitors will be able to indicate whether they want to show an entry through their 4-H club, FFA chapter or other youth organization.

Cloverbuds do not add entries; they can just bring their exhibit to the fair. You do not need to add them to your family’s account.

Meet a local entrepreneur and learn how to create your own product, design a brand, and pitch a business idea in this interactive program for grades 4–7 and their families.

Clover Celebration | August 11th 5-7PM
Celebrate the series with fun activities, crafts, and family challenges while reflecting on everything we learned together—open to youth of all ages and their families.
