Madlena Performance Therapy will be changing names to ONPOINT Performance.

Madlena Performance Therapy is excited to announce our new plans. We will continue to update as there are many new and exciting announcements coming soon.
We will be moving locations beginning July 5, and will be located within one of the most premier healthclubs in Wisconsin, 212 Fitness Club. We will have a 3800 square foot space with private treatment rooms. We will continue to offer all current services and adding MANY more including surface EMG, running analysis, future pool therapy, group rehab classes, as well as sport performance individual and group classes.
We will be working closely with the personal trainers at 212, and will be able to offer all of our patients/clients a total wellness approach, making our partnership with them a ‘one of a kind’ in this area. If you have never been in this facility, here are a few pictures of the club.
