Matt and Fern are spending time with family today, and our amazing team is holding down the fort so they can! Chef Katie made an amazing African Style Peanut Curry for y’all this week! A creamy curry with carrot, onion, butternut squash, diced tomato, chunky garlic, ginger, apricot preserves, chickpeas, coconut milk, lime, and African spices. Served with rice and topped with cilantro and crushed peanuts.

We have a STACKED gluten free bakery case, gluten free carrot cake, cheesecake, cake cups, AAAAAND it’s Cinnamon Roll Saturday! It doesn’t get much better than this! 😋

Chef Katie mixed it up this week with a Jamaican Fusion Curry - A thick fusion curry with Caribbean spices and coconut milk, loaded with potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, garlic,
tomato paste, and Thai curry paste!
Served with rice and topped with a shredded coconut and date blend. Don’t let the toppings scare you, this curry is incredible!
