SPECIAL OFFER - This summer only!
I have been feeling called to begin offering a small number of womb tending sessions and I wanted to share this invitation with a few women who may feel drawn to this kind of work.
These sessions are a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and listen to the wisdom held within the womb space. Through nurturing touch, grounding practices, and intentional presence, we will create space for rest, awareness, and reconnection.
This is a practice of tending rather than fixing. A way to honor the body through its seasons, transitions, and rhythms.
I am opening a few introductory sessions as I continue growing this offering and would love to work with women who feel called to explore this with me.
If you feel curious or would like to know more, I would love to talk with you and see if it feels like a good fit. 🌿

Pulled out some beeswax sheets to prepare for our midwinter celebration. Remember when we would roll candles for the expecting mom of the circle?! Sealing our wishes for her and babh in birth?
Thinking of bringing back women’s circles this year, it’d be closer-knit, invite only. So if you’re interested- let me know in the comments!

Welcoming a new year and new beginnings!
Every new year comes with a review of the old. This past December I was thinking about the December before and just how much joy can be found in one year. 2025 was full of joyful memories.
2024 I closed out the year by finishing my death doula certification. It truly felt full circle when I sat at my grandfathers death balanced the scale of deaths and births attended.
One thing that stuck from that training is not to meet the grieving person with their grief clouding them.
Greet them in a vision of light, of peace. Just by holding them in that vision you are creating positive change.
The reason this stuck with me so strongly is because it’s how I’ve always greeted birthing women.
Not that there because there is something wrong or something to fix. But holding them in the vision of their power and strength. It’s the subtle “you got this” vibe that makes the difference.
If you’re curious about how a doula can benefit your birth, get your partner involved and feel supported pregnancy through postpartum, let’s chat!
