Had an awesome time out on the Wisconsin River a couple weeks back fishing with NB Edits!

The muskies were fired up, and we managed to get this thick 45.25" giant in the boat. We were dodging the summer heat, tagging a couple of natural reproduction muskies for the DNR, and even had a close call almost running out of gas out there. Huge shoutout to Mama Wojo for the emergency fuel delivery on the water!

What an absolute BANGER of an opening weekend!

The Muskies were moving and the Fort Knox custom color from Taps and Tackle and Musky Innovations was the undisputed MVP of the boat. We put three solid fish in the net, but the real story was in the tags.

Science meets sport: 2 out of our 3 fish were already tagged, and the data is mind-blowing!

The 36 Recap: Jozef netted a 36-incher that was originally tagged by Jb and Jozef back in June of 2025. It is awesome to see these fish healthy, growing, and staying local in the river.

The Marathon 44: This one blew our minds. We landed a 44-inch tank (Tag # ending in 27) that was originally tagged by another angler way up in Lake DuBay in 2024. This fish made the massive journey all the way down to Plover by last weekend. That is a giant move for a musky!
