☀️🤸 It's not too late to join the Summer Sidekick Challenge!
There's still plenty of time to grab a workout buddy and start earning rewards. Bring a guest to Group Exercise classes throughout July and track your buddy visits on a punch card.
✅ 7 buddy visits = a FREE YMCA mug!
And if your friend joins the YMCA after the challenge, they'll receive a mug too. ☕
Stop by the front desk to pick up your punch card and start collecting punches. Guests must sign in upon arrival and will receive access to the Group Exercise class only.
🏋️ Wellness Center Etiquette Reminder 🧼
Help us keep our Wellness Center clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone! A few simple habits go a long way in creating a great experience for all members.
✅ Wipe down equipment after each use.
✅ Wear appropriate footwear on the Wellness Floor and Wellness Track at all times.
✅ Return weight plates to their proper storage racks.
✅ Re-rack dumbbells after you’re finished using them.
✅ Return cable attachments to their designated hooks and please don’t leave them on the floor, where they can become a tripping hazard.
Showing respect for the space and for one another helps keep our facility organized, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy.
