Major renovation to a small vanity project. We started with removing the vanity, and the old leaking valves. We then built out a frame to serve as a second storage level and relocate the faucet to the vertical wall. The built out area allowed is to hide the valves opening more storage in the vanity.
New tile, stone counter and brushed gold hardware finish the look.
Did I mention underneath cabinet lighting?

What do you think of the design?

The customer wanted something fresh for her first rental. Since the ceilings fell down anyway, we decided to go for a lofted look!
The first layer is reflective foam with an air gap for ventilation, the second layer is thick insulation, and then we finish with drywall.
Very exciting progress!
