A new chapter begins for a historic Detroit landmark.

Yesterday, our team joined project partners to celebrate the ribbon cutting of The Belle, an adaptive reuse project bringing new apartment homes to Broadway.

Built in partnership with Bedrock, this project gave us the opportunity to help preserve a piece of Detroit's history while creating a new place for people to call home.

We're thankful to have been part of the team that brought The Belle back to life.

A great night for an even greater purpose!

This year's Bourbon & Bags event, presented by Procore Technologies, brought together more than 400 attendees and helped raise over $100,000 for organizations making a difference across our community.

From the co****le tournament and bourbon tastings to great food, great conversations, and countless connections, the evening was a tremendous success because of the incredible support behind it.

Thank you to every sponsor, guest, donor, volunteer, and team member who helped make the event possible. Your generosity and enthusiasm continue to grow the impact of Bourbon & Bags year after year.

We are especially proud to support four outstanding organizations through this year's event: Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, Detroit Zoo, The Parade Company, YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit.

Events like this are a reminder that building what matters goes far beyond the jobsite. When our industry comes together for a common purpose, incredible things can happen.
