Regulators claim he publicly shared bullish or bearish stock opinions to help move the market — then quickly traded around those price moves without fully disclosing his intentions.
They also alleged he targeted stocks popular with retail investors.
The alleged profits? Around $20 MILLION.
The charges? Criminal securities fraud and market manipulation.
