🌿 Exciting Visit from a Local Food Forager! 🌿
We had the pleasure of welcoming an incredibly talented food forager to the Inn at Vaucluse Spring this week! His deep connection to nature and the abundance it offers is truly inspiring. We walked the property and found so many edible plants, fruit trees that we weren’t even aware of. We spent time discussing future collaborations that will allow us to bring even more local, seasonal, and wild ingredients to our guests’ tables.
From foraged herbs to wild mushrooms and fresh greens, the possibilities are endless! We are thrilled at the idea of incorporating his expertise into our menus, making the dining experience at Vaucluse even more unique and deeply tied to the land surrounding us.
Stay tuned for some exciting new dishes in the future that will celebrate the flavors of nature!
