Donald Trump wants the Justice Department to pay him $230 million in damages.
And while the headlines call it crazy — maybe there’s a deeper point.
When the all-powerful DOJ targets someone, even an investigation alone can destroy a life, a family, a business.
If they get it wrong, why shouldn’t there be accountability?
Because the truth is — if this precedent ever existed, it wouldn’t just help Trump.
It would protect all of us.

🔥 HE’S FREE! Sheriff Scott Jenkins just got a FULL PARDON from President Trump—less than 24 hours before he was about to report to prison for 10 YEARS.
His “crime”? Appointing donors to honorary deputy roles—something that certainly seems worthy to look into. Our problem - a heavy dose of political targeting and a HUGE double standard that we saw play out in front of our eyes.
💥 Augusta County Sheriff Donald Smith ran the same kind of program—even appointed romantic partners, faced a federal grand jury over perjury in a human trafficking case—and guess what? NO charges. He is still in office!!
Why? Sources say the Biden DOJ didn’t want the “optics” of going after a gay sheriff, when doing so would force him out of the closet.
That's a double standard, it definitely isn't justice. This was a hit job—and we called it out first.
On April 6, we published an open letter demanding action. Yesterday, President Trump signed Jenkin's pardon.
