A lo largo del programa, los participantes adquirieron habilidades prácticas mediante actividades de soldadura, corte de plasma y soldadura de arco. En la última jornada, pusieron a prueba sus nuevas habilidades para forjar su propia cuchara. Ha sido inspirador ver a este grupo aprender nuevas habilidades y crecer juntos con cada proyecto.

Congratulations to our third cohort of the Cultivating Power Initiative! 🌱

Over the course of the program, participants built hands-on skills through soldering, plasma cutting and welding. On their final day, they put their craftsmanship to work by forging their own handcrafted spoon.

It’s been inspiring to watch this cohort learn new skills and grow together with every project.
