Congratulations to the graduates of our Project SEARCH program! 🎓
Over the past year, these talented young adults have gained valuable hands-on experience, developed workplace and independent living skills, and taken important steps toward their future careers.
Project SEARCH is a one-year school-to-work transition program for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In partnership with AHRC New York City, the program provides immersive learning opportunities within the hospital setting, helping participants build confidence, independence and competitive job skills.
We are proud to support an inclusive workforce where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed. Today, we celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates and the bright futures ahead of them.
