I never took care of myself and at 39 years old it finally caught up to me. Last year I walked into in desperate need of help with my shoulder and within a few sessions I felt 💯

I have been training everyday for the past three months and I have been pushing my hardest but my tendinitis has been limiting me. It’s it’s extremely painful so I finally turned to Dr Mike and came for shock wave treatment. I can tell you I am not 💯 pain free but I feel wayyyyyy better and plan to go back again. If this is how I feel after 1 session I know the next one will bring me closer to training and living pain free!
