This week I am volunteering at my church for VBS. As snack leader, it is important that I make healthy snacks fun and on brand.
I give you dolphins with bubbles, crunchy coral with crabby claws, and goldfish and starfish.
I’m not sure who is having more fun—me or the kids.

I ALWAYS do the challenge alongside my ladies, and today I’m getting in my fresh, Whole Foods with a super yummy juice.
Spinach, cucumber, apple and lemon. SO YUM.

Getting my nutrition in today with my favorite pupper. All natural Vitamin D for the win! 🌞

Love when I’m in the same space with my fellow “good for your body” buddy. He has some delicious cheese here that will make your belly happy. We have some heavenly skincare items to keep your body happy!

Even if it takes your lifetime (it might).
Even if it’s an ebb and flow of progress and regression (it probably will be).
Even if you lose important relationships along the way (this might be necessary).
Even if you have to surrender to the unknown, mourn lost dreams, and can’t see a path to freedom (it’s still there).
Everyday that you choose to create new ways of being, that you release another bit of length on the anchor, that you build a mosaic of your fractured pieces and tenderly grace your scars…..you are returning home. Not to who you were, not to who you might have been if only….but to who you were always meant to be.
