I have never really been an open person nor come to Facebook about these things at all, but for about the past 3 months now I have been severely struggling with my mental health. I honestly never knew depression and anxiety could get this bad. It has terribly affected my every day life and I’ve even been hospitalized twice and had to stay multiple days because my thoughts have gotten so bad at times. If you know of anyone going through things always check on them. Being alone while feeling like this is probably one of the scariest feelings a person can have. Never judge people for things because you truly never know how much some things can affect people. Some can hide it better than others, unfortunately it’s gotten to the point that I can’t anymore. Thank you to anyone who has been there for me, reached out to me, or even interacted with my post, it means more to me than I can explain. I am hoping to fully get back to working and posting again soon. I’m still fighting everyday to get through this and it has by far been the hardest challenge of my life
