Faster and better than take out Fried rice. 2 eggs3 cups cooked rice1 bag frozen peas carrots 1 small onion diced1 tbs vegetable or sesame oil3 cloves crushed garlic3 tbs soy sauceDiced green onion for garnishIn a skillet over high heat add oil, diced onion, and crushed garlic. Sauté for two minutes. Add in frozen peas and carrots and sauté an additional minute stirring occasionally. And in cooked rice. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Whisk and stir until the eggs are fully cooked then mix into the rice with the soy sauce once fully combined sauté an additional minute. Ingredients ➤ 2 medium zucchinis ➤ 1 tbsp olive oil ➤ ½ tsp salt ➤ ½ tsp garlic powder ➤ ½ tsp paprika ➤ ½ cup mayonnaise ➤ 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped ➤ 1 tsp lemon juice Instructions Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice zucchini into thin, even rounds (use a mandoline if possible). Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Arrange slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
