🚨 College Athletes 🚨

Starting December 1st we’ll have open hours to train in our facility. For just $150 you can train your whole winter break.

One Price. One Time. Unlimited Training in our facility for the whole time you’re home.

Hours Start at 10am and the gym will be facilitated by our Program Director to help with any of your college programming.

Don’t have a program to follow? No problem. We can also provide you with one as well.

Take advantage of the facility, coaching, and opportunity to train while you’re home so you don’t miss a step for your spring semester.

Mike “It’s been a wild ride with a lot of ups and downs along the way but I’m extremely excited to run the program and create the same standards of excellence that I’ve been able to achieve throughout my career.

Im extremely fortunate to be surround by great family, friends, and a amazing team of co-workers to make this all a possibility. You’re only as strong as the people you have around you and I can’t thank all of you enough for helping me get to this point in my career.

With that being said, it’s time to go to work! No matter what, it is always about the athlete at the end of the day. I intend to keep that standard as we move forward with the gym. Athletes and results first, with using scientifically backed training to help achieve their trustiest potential.”
