The Transformation Studio

This fall we are starting up our in person teen group therapy sessions! Starting October, we will do a girls group and a guys group. Need your help in spreading the word! There is a major shortage of in person providers, especially those who work with adolescents and I love going against the grain with expanding my physical location in Stafford into not just counseling but creative workshops and weekend retreats.

This week was a record breaking week and I gotta talk about it!!! It started with a record breaking day of 9 sessions and then overall a straight almost 95% packed calendar. I attribute this to the general population truly embracing the need and benefits of mental health self care time. I'm grateful and thankful for the honor of being a therapist for my clients and helping them with their journeys to their best selves. Woot woot! I am building mental stamina too with these unplanned marathon session days. Weekly Session count 43: M: 3 but had a dental aptmt so blocked time, T: 9, W: 8, Th: 7, F: 8, Sat:4, Sun: 4. (For reference 25 is considered FT)
