One pan meal tonight
Fried potatoes, onions, smoked sausage, and green beans, in butter and olive oil

Recipe…
It’s very easy.
Olive oil and butter in a frying pan, on medium, or medium low.
Diced onions in the oil first.
Cut up smoked sausage next.
Cubed or sliced potatoes next.
Drained or fresh green beans last.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and stir occasionally. Till done to your liking.

Olive Oil Dip with Warm Bread 🍞

Ingredients:

• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
• ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
• Freshly baked crusty bread, sliced

Instructions:

1. Combine Herbs and Spices:
◦ In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
2. Add Olive Oil and Cheese:
◦ Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the herb mixture.
◦ Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
3. Optional Balsamic Addition:
◦ If desired, add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to the mixture for a hint of sweetness and depth.
4. Serve:
◦ Transfer the dip to a shallow serving dish.
◦ Serve immediately with slices of warm, crusty bread for dipping.
