Yesterday We kicked off the morning with a musical performance from our sweet little friends!
Mondays potions became our science experiment when we froze toys in ice and got to work rescuing them. πŸ”¨β„οΈ We also painted with colored ice and watched our artwork melt into something beautiful.
A little music, a little magic, a little science... just the way we like it. ✨

Today we went on a flower scavenger hunt and gathered blooms and greenery to fill our cardboard flower vases 🌺flowers come in many colors, textures, and shapes!
The little ones practiced color matching, worked together, and strengthened observation skills through hands on exploration. Searching, sorting, discovering and creating! πŸŒΌπŸžπŸ¦‹

Big ideas, busy hands, and growing confidence! 🌱✨
Our friends got some public speaking practice as they shared what they wrote and drew with the group. We hope everyone makes lots of checks on their goal lists! βœ”οΈ
We also enjoyed a special visit from our friends at the YWCA, where sensory play took center stage. We explored texture while creating beautiful fabric collages on paper plates engaging their creativity and all their senses along the way!

Tiny hands. Nature finds. Endless curiosity 🌿✨
We pressed, rolled, squished, and stamped our way through sensory play! Exploring textures, patterns, and cause & effect through nature imprints in play doh. Learning disguised as play, just how childhood should feel 🀎

What imprint are you leaving behind? 🌿🀎

We used leaves, fossils and toys to make imprints in play doh while exploring texture, pressure, patterns, and fine motor skills. Sensory play, little discoveries, and child led learning all in one messy, beautiful moment.

Painting by Nature!

Tiny hands, real leaves, big imagination. We explored texture, color, and creativity through nature inspired art πŸ–ΌοΈ letting the children create freely, explore curiously, and connect with the world around them.
