💧 Stay hydrated. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water—by then, you may already be dehydrated.
🌳 Find shade or air conditioning whenever possible and take breaks from the heat.
👕 Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing to help your body stay cool.
🧴 Protect your skin with sunscreen and remember to reapply throughout the day.
👀 Look out for one another. Check on friends, family, neighbors, children, older adults, and pets. Heat-related illnesses can happen quickly.
