If you need a sports physical, you're in luck! Dr. Kristine Pickens from Affton Lemay Chiropractic Center will be conducting sports physicals on Tuesday, July 21, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the nurse's office at OHS for $30.

Please complete the consent form and MSHSAA physical form beforehand. Student-athletes can request a copy of the forms by contacting their coach or by sending an email to [email protected].
